This interactive presentation is geared towards all coaches, parents and players interested in more info on NCAA scholarships, the process, and insight from NCAA coaches. There will be 3 college coaches joining the panel; Matt Hill (Arizona State), Ryan Carney (Missouri Valley NAIA) and Avi Kiegel (Barry University)

1. Matt Hill  – Arizona State
Matt Hill was named head coach of Arizona State and American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2016. His aggressive scheduling and creative recruiting led ASU back to the NCAA Tournament in just his first season and the first at ASU since spring of 2008. Arizona State achieved a ranking of 13 in the nation under Coach Hill.

2. Ryan Carney  – Missouri Valley NAIA
Coach Carney enters his 15th year with the Vikings and has worked hard to develop a consistently winning program. Both the men’s and women’s teams have been consistently ranked in the top 30 teams in the NAIA.  The tennis programs have made numerous National tournament appearances and produced multiple all-Americans. As a player; Coach Carney played for Westminster College where he graduated in May of 2003 with a degree in business education. At Westminster Coach Carney played tennis for four years, where he was a first-team all-conference performer and conference  champion each year. Coach Carney was selected the male athlete of the year at Westminster in 2003.

3. Avi Kiegel – Woman’s coach Barry University
Avi Kigel took over the reins of the Buccaneer women’s tennis program in 2009 and has turned it into the premier program in NCAA Division II. Entering the 2020 dual season, Kigel owns a school-record five NCAA Division II Championships. The Bucs made it three in a row in 2019, capturing the program’s fifth national championship and third in a row and bosting at one point a 69 match win streak. In 2018, Kigel was named the Professional Tennis Registry College Coach of the Year
