Since most of us are not playing lately.
1. It is a good time to watch recorded matches. Youtube has many of them, subscribe to tennistv.com or wtatv.com.
2. Chart matches, learn tactically, read articles.
3. You can also watch the US “Tennis Channel” via streaming at https://ustvgo.tv/tennis-channel-live-free/.
4. Do fitness, run twice a day, push up, pull ups etc.

You can do so much to improve your game while you are not playing… get to work…

Here is a good article that you can start with. I will send you a free fitness program that you can do without a gym.
Stay tuned!

Have a great day!!!

Yves
