    Hi Christipher,
I’m a friend of Andre’s and noticed that you are “the voice of Canadian tennis” and in PR. I’m also in PR but wish to remain anonomys. I thought you may be interested in knowing about Alberta tennis’s new revision to their qualification rule. It seems that since Andre ranked fourth in Alberta people became nervous and the former 6 month residency rule posted on the website has just been changed to 3 years! No joke!! This nicely squeezed “De Man” out. Unfair, unjust, and oh so very “unCanadian” I’d say. He was also told that they wanted to see a Canadian represent Canada! And what is that? A native Canadian…hmmm. No reasonable explanation has been given. Andre’s emailed the Canadian board of directors and us waiting for a reply. Such a nice kid, winning fair and square doesn’t deserve this sudden discrimination. Don’t you agree? Please email Andre directly at andre_bulum@hotmail.com for further details. He’s a shy kid and needs support in this battle :)
